Session Cancellation Policy
Sessions may be canceled at no cost if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance. If a user cancels less than 24 hours in advance, a refund will not be issued, except in exceptional cases evaluated individually.
To cancel a session, the user must log into their account or contact their therapist directly through the means provided on the platform.
Session Reschedule Policy
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to the therapist’s availability. If reschedule requests are made less than 24 hours in advance, this will be considered a late cancellation and cancellation policies may apply.
To reschedule, the user must contact their therapist directly or use the tools available on the platform.
Safe Payments with Stripe
StayWell Therapy uses Stripe as its payments provider to guarantee secure transactions. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other credit and debit cards.
All payments are processed directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers, complying with the highest security standards and in conformity with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
