StayWell Therapy provides a space for connection between users and mental health professionals. The services available on this platform are exclusively for therapeutic and emotional support purposes. Users should be aware that in cases of crisis, psychological emergencies, or situations requiring immediate intervention, they should contact local emergency services or seek help from an authorized medical center.<\/p>

Responsibility of Professionals<\/p>

Psychologists and professionals offering services through StayWell Therapy act independently and are fully responsible for the content, quality, and outcomes of their sessions. Each therapist is a qualified professional who operates under their own ethical and legal responsibility.<\/p>

StayWell Therapy is not responsible for the actions, decisions, or therapeutic methods used by these professionals, nor does it guarantee specific results from therapy. The platform operates solely as a technological intermediary between the user and the therapist.<\/p>

Session Cancellation Policy<\/p>

Sessions may be canceled at no cost if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance. If a user cancels less than 24 hours in advance, a refund will not be issued, except in exceptional cases evaluated individually.<\/p>

To cancel a session, the user must log into their account or contact their therapist directly through the means provided on the platform.<\/p>

Session Reschedule Policy<\/p>

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours\u2019 notice, subject to the therapist\u2019s availability. If reschedule requests are made less than 24 hours in advance, this will be considered a late cancellation and cancellation policies may apply.<\/p>

To reschedule, the user must contact their therapist directly or use the tools available on the platform.<\/p>

Safe Payments with Stripe<\/p>

StayWell Therapy uses Stripe as its payments provider to guarantee secure transactions. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other credit and debit cards.<\/p>

All payments are processed directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers, complying with the highest security standards and in conformity with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).<\/p>

StayWell Therapy is not a clinic, does not provide medical services, and does not act as a health care provider.
